TERMS OF SALE
Upon cleared payment for your Electric Cart purchase TIO America LLC will ship your product base on previous agree availability.
You are responsible for registering and operating your Electric Cart, NEV or LSV according to your local and state laws. In most states, no license or registration is required, for Golf Cart or Utility cart however TIO America LLC makes no representations to the laws governing the operation, registration and ownership of your Electric Cart or NEV. TIO America LLC. does not make any representation that the Electric cart or NEV are street legal for operation in your local. Check your local laws before purchasing and operating any Electric Cart of NEV. TIO America LLC. will not accept any Electric cart or NEV returns based on unsatisfactory legal status. To check the legal status of Electric Cart or NEV laws in your area, we suggest that you contact your state legislature, local Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) and insurance agent.
OUR RETURN POLICY
We will accept any unused product in its original package for up to 30 days from the date of shipment. Before returning any product, you will need to call for an RMA number. There will be 20% restocking fee for all returned orders and the customer is responsible for all shipping charges on returned items.
Customer will be responsible for shipping cost associated.

(a) Electric Cart or NEV riding activities involve risks and dangers of serious bodily injury, including but not limited to, disability, paralysis and death, (b) these risks and dangers may be caused by your own actions, or inaction's, the actions or inaction's of others participating in the activity, the condition in which the activity takes place, or the negligence of others and (c) there may be other risks and social and economic losses either known to you, not known to you or not readily foreseeable at this time and you fully accept and assume all such risks and all responsibility for losses, costs, and damages incurred as a result of your participation in the scooter riding activity.
You must inspect all equipment before using it and to take full responsibility for assuring that the equipment is in good working order and safe to use. You further understand that you are responsible for damage to equipment.
By ordering this item and completing the purchase you acknowledge and agree to all terms and conditions stated herein. If you do not agree to these terms, do not continue with this purchase.
GENERAL RULE OF THUMB FOR Golf cart, Utility Cart and NEV'.
Persons riding NEVs', Golf CART or Utility Cart have the same rights and duties as drivers of motor vehicles. You may receive citations for traffic violations.
Moped/Scooter Laws:
1. You must be 16 years of age or older to operate a Golf Cart or Utility Cart on a public road.
2. Operators of a Electric Cart or NEV must have the minimum of a class E license. (In some states Electric Vehicles requires no license even though you may need a tag see your state regulations).
3. No motorcycle endorsement is required.
4. NEVs' for Street Use must be registered annually and a tag purchased.
5. NEVs' for Street Use may not be operated on bicycle paths or footpaths.
6. NEVs' for Street Use operators may need to carry PIP insurance, depending of the state.
7. Operators 16 years of age or older are not required to wear helmets.
Please remember although this rule of thumb may in-fact be the laws in your state and in many cases they are we suggest you do your own due diligence.
